About Matthew Montoya
I'm a Software Engineer at the Abbott. Previously, I worked as a Frontend Software Engineer at the JHU Applied Physics Laboratory, working with Node.js and Vue.js. During undergrad, I was a Machine Learning Intern at the Applied Physics Laboratory and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Stanford Intelligent Systems Laboratory headed by Prof. Mykel J. Kochenderfer. While my primary career interest is at the junction of health, machine learning, and ethics, I occasionally find myself dabbling in Web3 & web-app development.
