About Paola Ceppi

I am a Senior Manager in People Analytics at Accenture. I lead the capability supporting Accenture HR Organization to discover critical insights to deliver new business value through the most recent Technology of Data management and Digital Visualization, helping releasing the value trapped in Data. For the past 21 years I have been working on Insights creation, Analysis and Planning in both Banking and Consulting/Technology Industries. The last 15 years I worked at Accenture leading Teams focused data visualization and insights related to Accenture Enterprise information (Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement and Marketing). Exploring and analyzing Accenture key business metrics cross Accenture for both internal and external stakeholders. During the last 4 years I focused on supporting HR organization demand in reporting and analytics. We implemented Workday as our main system of record and developed the Data Visualization and Reporting for HR Organization During my career I also lead the Transformation of our Reporting capability to Digital. Implementing the use of new Tools as Tableau, Qlik (View/Sense), Power BI, SQL Server, supporting new Reporting and analytics needs. I also lead Critical Initiatives deploying new Applications and redesign of new Economic Model updates. In my role I am also focus on Cost optimization among our Team and Clients and the engagement of 200+ Team members in US, India, China and Argentina. I have a bachelor’s degree in economics and Master’s degree in International Affairs. I am an enthusiastic of continuous learning new Technologies, analytics and methodologies that drive value to the organizations. I am a Change advocate and Support our Inclusion and Diversity among our teams. My Main strengths are: Ideation, Strategic, Input, Activator and Positivity
