Rob Coulson has extensive experience in executive management and advisory roles in the real estate and capital asset sector, as well as experience as an investor and founder in PropTech. Between 2011 and 2019, Mr. Coulson founded and scaled his own international advisory business and has also spent over a decade building and managing businesses at global strategy firms Booz& Co., KPMG/BearingPoint, Deloitte, and Accenture. Rob has worked with government and corporate clients to shape investment strategies; designing and deploying efficient organizations to implement these strategies. He has taken lead roles to engineer policies and processes; source talent, implement organizational change and initiate/manage high-performing delivery programs. Mr. Coulson has built and managed program teams to source and manage real estate investments and construction projects. He has also acted as a senior advisor on the design, construction and financing of special economic zones, large mixed-use developments, and industrial logistics zones; representing development projects that collectively total over twenty billion dollars in value. Rob’s multinational experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, portfolio optimization, location strategy, investment due diligence, public-private partnerships, and design and construction projects.
