Currently, Claire Hou serves as the HR Information System Senior Manager and Project Manager for SAP SuccessFactors at Acer, a position she has held since 2020. In this role, she has led the implementation of seven SuccessFactors modules, benefiting over 8,000 users across five regions and 40 countries. Claire initiated and managed the global rollout of the LMS (aEnrich) system, which went live in August 2023. She has also overseen the replacement of local e-Systems with SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding in China and Switzerland, with the China project going live in August 2023 and the Switzerland project scheduled for January 2024.
Previous Experience at SAP
Before her current role, Claire worked at SAP as an SAP Consultant from 2013 to 2015 in Shanghai, China. During her tenure, she was responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all SAP modules for both Acer and Acer IPO companies. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in SAP systems and their application in a corporate environment.
Experience at IBM
Claire Hou worked at IBM as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant from 2019 to 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan. In this position, she gained valuable experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, which contributed to her expertise in HR information systems. Claire holds two Master's degrees. She studied International Management at Toulouse School of Management from 2005 to 2007. Following this, she pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Systems at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III from 2007 to 2009. Achievements in HRIS Management
In her current role at Acer, Claire has successfully launched the Recruiting Marketing module for Acer's headquarters and China in September 2023. She has also built and coached the Acer Global HRIS Team to improve system utilization and eliminate user misunderstandings. Her leadership in these initiatives demonstrates her commitment to enhancing HR processes and system effectiveness within the organization.
