Before her current role, Claire worked at SAP as an SAP Consultant from 2013 to 2015 in Shanghai, China. During her tenure, she was responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all SAP modules for both Acer and Acer IPO companies. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in SAP systems and their application in a corporate environment.

Experience at IBM

Claire Hou worked at IBM as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant from 2019 to 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan. In this position, she gained valuable experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, which contributed to her expertise in HR information systems. Claire holds two Master's degrees. She studied International Management at Toulouse School of Management from 2005 to 2007. Following this, she pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Systems at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III from 2007 to 2009.
