He also worked as the Founding Director of the LGBTQA Resource Center at Northeastern Illinois University from 2012 to 2014. At Microsoft, he held two positions: Engagement and Partnership Manager for Microsoft Philanthropies TEALS from 2016 to 2019, and Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, he worked at Bowling Green State University as the LGBTQ Resource Center Coordinator from 2002 to 2004.
