This initiative aimed to support aspiring social entrepreneurs in both urban and rural areas. He also worked as Program Lead for the Women Entrepreneurship Program at Access Livelihoods from 2017 to 2019, where he focused on empowering women through entrepreneurship.

Faheem's experience includes a role as a Fellow and Teacher at Teach For India from 2015 to 2017. During this time, he contributed to educational initiatives in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Leadership in AIESEC
Faheem served as Vice President of Program Development at AIESEC from 2012 to 2014. In this capacity, he led the Hyderabad Chapter, facilitating international exchange programs for over 300 volunteers. His leadership role contributed to the development of youth leadership and cross-cultural understanding.
