Faheem served as Vice President of Program Development at AIESEC from 2012 to 2014. In this capacity, he led the Hyderabad Chapter, facilitating international exchange programs for over 300 volunteers. His leadership role contributed to the development of youth leadership and cross-cultural understanding.
