Himanshu Ojha is involved in planning safety shutdowns for all major stoppages and shutdown activities using MS Project. He maintains daily, weekly, and yearly area-wise power reports, ensuring that maintenance processes run smoothly and effectively. His role also includes preparing and controlling the maintenance budget and designing maintenance schedules that meet the plant's operational requirements.
