From 2003 to 2009, Mansukh M. Sakariya worked as Assistant Manager - Rural Development CSR at Grasim Industries Ltd. within the Grasim Rural Development Department and Grasim Janakalyan Trust. Based in Birlagram, Nagda, Dist. Ujjain (M.P.), he spearheaded numerous community development initiatives focusing on sustainable rural development. His responsibilities included creating and managing programs aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of rural communities through income generation, education, health, and environmental sustainability projects.

Mansukh M. Sakariya's career started with BAIF Research Development Foundation as a Block Program Officer from 1985 to 1992 in Asind, Dist. Bhilwara, Rajasthan. He then worked with KRIBHCO Indo-British Rainfed Farming Project as Assistant Field Specialist from 1992 to 1999, and subsequently at the Western India Rainfed Farming Project, Gramin Vikas Trust as Field Specialist (Livestock) from 2000 to 2002. He also served at RRIDMA - Rajasthan Rural Institute of Development Management as Program Officer (Women Health and Empowerment - C.I.D.A. Project) from 2002 to 2003. His roles in these organizations involved extensive fieldwork and program management aimed at rural upliftment and sustainable agricultural practices.
