He implemented Microsoft Identity Manager integration with the HRMS system, set up an S4 HANA infrastructure upgrade, and strengthened Office 365 security. He managed projects like Citrix VDI setup on Azure Cloud, migration to Microsoft WVD, and AWS Single Sign-On with Azure Active Directory. Additionally, he executed a data center recovery plan and deployed data center and server hardening policies to enhance security.
