Shrirang Sinkar completed his PGDM (Business Management) from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Marketing & Strategy, from 2016 to 2018. Before that, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, graduating in 2015.

Before joining Aditya Birla Group, Shrirang Sinkar worked as an Advisory Analyst at KPMG, where he focused on BFSI, Technology, and Manufacturing industries. He also completed various internships, including a position at Benline Agencies in 2012 and a trainee role at KPMG India in 2014. Additionally, he spent a brief period working as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Patanjali Ayurved in 2018.

As a part of the Aditya Birla Group, Shrirang Sinkar has been involved in several strategic initiatives. He drove business operations and channel strategy while in the COO's office at Pantaloons. He also managed the P&L for a substantial business as a Store Manager, leading a successful turnaround in sales, and marketing initiatives for various brands.
