Current Roles and Responsibilities
Lekhya Reddy holds multiple positions concurrently. Since 2021, she has been the General Secretary at Blank 101 and has also been involved with Leaders of Tomorrow, Manipal, where she serves as the Head of Human Resources and contributes to the Content Team. Additionally, she is part of the Senior BDPR Crew and works as a Senior Writer at Manipal The Talk Network, roles she has held since 2020.

Prior to her current roles, Lekhya Reddy completed a Summer Internship at Myntra in 2021, where she worked for four months in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. She also contributed to Cryptonite as a Cryptography Sub-Division Contributor from 2019 to 2020.

Lekhya Reddy studied at Delhi Public School, India, from 2008 to 2017. She then attended Sri Chaitanya Techno School in Bangalore from 2017 to 2019. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology, where she has been studying since 2019. She is also pursuing a minor in Big Data Analytics.
Involvement in Organizations
Lekhya Reddy has been actively involved in several organizations. She has been a Founding Board member of Lean In Manipal since 2021. Additionally, she served on the HR Management Committee at Leaders of Tomorrow, Manipal, from 2020 to 2021, and was part of IAESTE LC Manipal from 2019 to 2020.
