Education and Certifications

Erik Slotness earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Social Studies from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, studying from 1987 to 1992. He also achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University with a GPA of 4.0 in 2009. Additionally, he has completed various training programs, including a 10-hour OSHA training course in 2011 and certifications in CPR/AED & First Aid by the American Red Cross from 2003 to 2017.
