Rattana has a technical background in software testing, having worked as a Software Test Engineer at TEOCO from 2004 to 2006 and at Interra Information Technologies (InterraIT) for five months in 2000-2001. She also worked at Adobe Systems as a Software Tester from 2001 to 2003 in India. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in technology and operational processes.
