About Magdalena Pire Schmidt
I’m an operations and strategy expert with more than 13 years of experience. I've built up and managed global teams during my time at Google. Since 2019 I've been a thought partner and senior advisor to executive teams in different industries, helping them turn their priorities into concrete and measurable objectives. Besides this, I am the founder of two startups and I contribute regularly to the non-profit space in Miami. I'm currently enjoying a role at Adyen, learning about fintech, and building a great compliance team!
