About Sharon Tsay
Sharon Tsay is the Associate Vice President and Technical Leader for Hydraulic Modeling at AECOM, where she manages the Hydrology and Hydraulics Modeling team in the northeast region. With a strong educational background from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and extensive experience in various modeling software, she has led numerous hydraulic studies across the United States since joining AECOM in 1998.
