Dominic Sinnappar has been serving as the Senior Manager for Regional Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at AirAsia since 2019. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing the business continuity strategies and ensuring organizational resilience. His leadership in this role helped to strengthen the company's preparedness for potential disruptions.

Dominic Sinnappar studied at the University of Tasmania, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from 1998 to 2000. His academic background provides a solid foundation for his expertise in business continuity and risk management, enabling him to apply strategic approaches in his professional roles.
Achievements in Risk Management
Dominic has successfully led initiatives that resulted in the ISO22301 accreditation for three organizations, making them the first in Malaysia and second in the world to achieve this certification. He also managed the implementation of Risk Management Programmes in Indonesia and India, receiving commendations from the respective CEOs for his effective execution. His coordination of a non-operation crisis involving Airbus bribery allegations led to the clearance of the allegations against AirAsia Senior Management.
