He was the Senior Supply Chain Manager at Courts Malaysia from 2010 to 2011 and held the position of Asia Pacific Logistics Manager at Mondelēz International from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, he worked at Kerry as the Asia Pacific Warehouse Lead and Distribution Lead from 2014 to 2016, and at DHL Supply Chain as Supply Chain Manager for the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions from 2004 to 2010.

Kumaresh studied at Asia E University, where he pursued a General MBA with a focus on General and Supply Chain from 2008 to 2011.
