Lina Zainal studied at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, where she pursued a Diploma in Multimedia, Advertising, and Broadcasting, completing her studies in 2011. Prior to this, she attended Sekolah Menengah Bandar Baru Uda, where she focused on Biology and achieved the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia from 2001 to 2005. Previous Experience in Aviation
Before joining AirAsia, Lina Zainal worked as Cabin Crew for Malaysia Airlines from 2011 to 2016, accumulating five years of experience at KLIA, Selangor, Malaysia. She also served as Cabin Crew at AlWafeer Air in Jeddah Governorate, Saudi Arabia, from 2009 to 2011. This diverse experience in different airlines has equipped her with a broad understanding of the aviation industry and enhanced her skills in customer service and safety protocols.
