Before joining AirAsia, Zuzana Arvin worked at IBM from 2009 to 2013. She initially served as the Recruitment Delivery - Account Manager for Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines for two years. Following this, she became the ASEAN, Japan, and Korea Recruitment Delivery Leader in Malaysia, where she continued to refine recruitment strategies for two additional years.
