She was the HR Leader for Product, Design & Tech at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd) from 2016 to 2017, Director of Human Resources at Adadyn from 2015 to 2016, and Director at Pramati Technologies from 2012 to 2015. Her career began at Symphony Services as a Consultant and included a long tenure as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 2007 to 2012.
