I ask reflection questions to shed light on personal insights, attitudes, and behaviors. We discuss findings to drive positive impact to one's aspiration - basically, researching oneself and bringing impact to oneself's decision-making. I collect data and evaluate impact. When clients succeed, we celebrate and recognize what works. When they flop, we reflect on our shortcomings and improve our decision-making processes. I keep our eyes on the prize and do not stop until we get it. Contributing to communities is also important to me. I collaborate with local organizations to nature young talents and advise their educational plans. Developing a global mindset is vital to scaling a business. Serving people worldwide and learning about new cultures and perspectives keeps me aware of my bias and elevate my interpersonal skills. I am great at quantitative research and user insights.
