He then progressed to the position of Circle Head for Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning from 2009 to 2015. After this role, he transitioned to become a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition specialist from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he serves as the Head of Talent Management and Development (TMD) since 2018, contributing to strategic HR initiatives in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Before joining Airtel, Brajendra Singh worked at several organizations in human resources roles. He was employed at Jindal Saw Limited as Deputy Manager of Human Resources from 2001 to 2006 in New Delhi. Following this, he worked at Loop Telecom Private Limited as Manager-HR for 11 months in 2008-2009. He also held a position as Officer in Human Resources at Jai Corp Limited for one year in Bombay from 2000 to 2001. These experiences laid a strong foundation for his career in HR.
Education and Expertise
Brajendra Singh's educational background includes studying at the University Law College in Hazaribag from 1991 to 1995, where he completed a four-year program. He further enhanced his expertise by attending the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, for a one-year program from 2010 to 2011. This combination of legal and management education has equipped him with a diverse skill set applicable to human resources and talent management.
