Following this, he was the Supply Chain Head for the Transport Network Group and SMB Telemedia Business from 2012 to 2014, and later as Head SCM for the UPU Circle from 2014 to 2016.

He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Bangalore Institute of Technology, completing his studies from 1989 to 1993. He furthered his education at Indira Gandhi National Open University, where he studied Operations Research and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM) from 1995 to 1996. His early education includes a Pre University qualification from Vijaya College and a High School diploma from St. Xavier Boys High School in Bangalore.
