Ripudaman Singh has held multiple roles at Airtel prior to his current position. He worked as GTM Lead for the Prepaid Business in Jammu & Kashmir from 2016 to 2018, and as GTM Lead for the Postpaid Business from 2018 to 2019. He also served in the Business Planning & Consumer Insights Marketing department for Upper North from 2019 to 2020, and as Postpaid GTM & Engagement from 2020 to 2021.

Ripudaman Singh completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) with Honors in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College from 2008 to 2012. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategy from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2013 and 2015.
