Vikas Shokeen has a significant history with Airtel, having worked in various capacities. He served as a Switch Operations and Maintenance Engineer in the National Long Distance (NLD) segment from 2003 to 2004. He then transitioned to the role of Tekelec STP and IAS Operations and Maintenance from 2005 to 2009, followed by a position as Network Architect for Global Voice from 2009 to 2010.
