Carolina Serrano Archimi has been a Maître de Conférences HDR at Aix-Marseille University since 2010. In this role, she contributes to the academic community through teaching and research. Carolina Serrano Archimi has a diverse educational background. She studied at Universitat de Barcelona, where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Philosophy from 1987 to 1993. She also attended Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, where she completed her PhD in Management from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, she participated in the International Teachers Programme at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2010. Her studies at Bentley University focused on Business Administration and Management.
Professional Experience
Carolina Serrano Archimi has extensive professional experience in academia and business. She worked at London Business School as an ITP faculty member from 2018 to 2021 and held various roles at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, including Executive Committee Member and Equis Project Leader. Her experience also includes positions at INSEAD, where she served as an ITP faculty member from 2020 to 2022, and at the International Institute of Business in Ukraine as a faculty member on Change Leadership from 2015 to 2018.
Achievements in Academia
Throughout her career, Carolina Serrano Archimi has contributed to various academic initiatives. She served as Academic Council Chair for the EuroMBA Consortium from 2009 to 2020. Her involvement in the development of management education is evident through her roles as Academic Director for multiple programs at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE.
