Al Sterling earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from American Military University between 2012 and 2014. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Central Florida, completed from 2004 to 2006. He also served as a Freelance Technician at American Audio Visual, Inc. for three months in 2014 and was a Master of Ceremonies for White Rose Entertainment from 2002 to 2015, accumulating significant experience in public speaking and event coordination.
