Prior to that, she served as an Academic, Career, & Financial Aid Counselor for Educational Talent Search from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, she was the Associate Director of TRIO Programs, overseeing both Educational Talent Search and Upward Bound from 2011 to 2013.
Educational Background
Baggiano has a robust educational background. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Samford University, where she studied English, Speech Communication, and Theatre. She later achieved a Master's degree in Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Baggiano also holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Louisiana Tech University, further enhancing her expertise in the field of education.
Project Management and Training Implementation
In her role at Alfa Insurance, Baggiano managed the implementation of Guidewire, focusing on the Auto, Property, and Commercial sectors. She served as the Organizational Change Management Project Manager for this project, emphasizing the importance of communication and training. Baggiano was responsible for creating an enterprise-wide IT Training Plan for the $130 million Guidewire project, ensuring that training was tailored to diverse roles, including agents, customer service representatives, claims personnel, and district managers.
