She also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from the University of Kalyani in 2000. Furthermore, she studied Physics at Sambalpur University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1998. She worked at ASM Technologies as Executive Resourcing from 2005 to 2006 and at Alcatel-Lucent in Talent Acquisition from 2006 to 2007.
