Anand Kumar holds the position of India TD Lead at Alight Solutions in Chennai. He also serves as the India Talent Development Lead and Sr Specialist (Advanced) Talent Development at Aon Hewitt. His responsibilities include onboarding new hires for HWS New Hire Colleagues across multiple locations and acting as the Talent Development Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Implementation Services Business Unit. Anand ensures that unique training requirements are met, facilitates HW & Batch Domain training, and conducts soft skills training such as employee engagement sessions and business communication training. He also handles end-to-end vendor management for certification courses.

In his current roles, Anand Kumar has led various projects that involve the deployment of new content as per business requirements and maintaining courses using project management techniques. He manages the end-to-end SharePoint portal for the Talent Development team and coordinates extensively with the Business Intelligence team to create multiple reports related to training.
