Before joining Alight Solutions, Lindsey Kim held multiple roles related to UX/UI design. At Wingate Studios, Inc., Lindsey worked as a UX/UI Designer for 7 months in 2021. In this role, Lindsey was responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences. Prior to that, Lindsey worked at NuWave Now as a UX/Graphic Designer from 2020 to 2021, focusing on both user experience design and graphic elements. Lindsey briefly worked at Elphi as a User Experience Designer in 2020.

Early Career and Education

Lindsey Kim began their career as a Personal Care Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2017 to 2018. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, achieved after four years of study from 2015 to 2019. Lindsey further specialized in UX/UI Design at the Flatiron School, where they studied for 11 months in 2020, achieving significant expertise in this field.

Mentorship and Design Education

In addition to their design roles, Lindsey Kim has experience in mentorship and education. Lindsey worked as an Education Mentor at UStrive, a role they held from 2022 to 2023 for one year. This involved mentoring students and guiding them through their educational journeys. Lindsey had also been a UX/UI Design Student at Flatiron School for 5 months in 2020, where they honed their skills and expertise in user experience and user interface design.
