Pat Quenan serves as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Customer Care at Alight Solutions. Based in Lincolnshire, IL, Pat has been with Alight since its inception, transitioning from Hewitt Associates following its acquisition. In this role, Pat leads a team that supports over 4,300 organizations globally, continuously working to enhance customer care through the leveraging of AI and data analytics.

Before that, Pat held multiple roles at Hewitt Associates, including Defined Benefit Domain Leader from 2009 to 2017 and Global Operations Services Leader from 1990 to 2006. This extensive experience spans over 30 years in customer care and operations management.
