Robrecht Spletinckx completed his Master's degree in Business Engineering at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, studying from 1998 to 2005. Prior to that, he studied Latin-Mathematics at Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege from 1995 to 1998 and at Johannes Paulus II College from 1992 to 1995. His academic background laid a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills.

Robrecht Spletinckx has extensive experience in implementing payroll and HRIS systems for multinational companies across Europe, America, and Asia. He has worked on a global payroll implementation project for a French personal care multinational and led the regional HRIS and payroll implementation for a European chain restaurant operator. Additionally, he managed the France payroll implementation for an American technology multinational and handled the global HRIS and payroll implementation for a South Korean conglomerate multinational.
