Prior to that, she served as a Usability Analyst and later as a Usability Researcher at Delta Air Lines between 2007 and 2011. Buckhalter also worked as a User Experience Researcher at AT&T from 2013 to 2015 and as a User Experience Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group from 2009 to 2010.
Educational Background
Celeste Buckhalter's educational journey includes a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction with a Psychology Track from Georgia Institute of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2007. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with a minor in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, which she earned from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, she studied Instructional Design & Technology at The University of Georgia for one year in 2004 to 2005.
