Sullivan spearheaded the implementation of a global Talent Management solution, modernizing talent strategies through talent reviews, succession planning, and career development. He also collaborated with the Diversity Committee to create standard executive summary decks for reviewing workforce demographics and benchmarking progress. Additionally, he led the implementation of a new applicant tracking system (ATS), established a listening program for new hires, and set key metrics for measuring recruiting effectiveness.
