About Abram Gregory

ABRAM B. GREGORY is Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Counsel - Litigation at Allison Transmission, where he leads the company's corporate compliance program in addition to all corporate litigation functions. Before joining Allison, Abe was General Counsel at Telamon Corporation, where he led all corporate legal functions and served as key legal advisor on all major business transactions for one of Indiana's largest private companies. Prior to that, he was a partner in the Litigation group and Labor/Employment Group at the Indianapolis office of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He also served as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge John D. Tinder in the Southern District of Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree in history and Spanish, graduating with highest distinction from Indiana University, and his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law -- Bloomington, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, Abe served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Indiana Law Review. Abe was selected by Law & Politics Magazine as an Indiana Rising Star from 2009-2014.
