Additionally, she was the Senior Vice President, Director of Fair Lending and Responsible Banking at Chemical Bank before its merger with TCF Bank from 2017 to 2019. During her tenure, she led the Compliance Workstream for the merger of equals between the two banks in 2019.

Lindsay Yousif completed her Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Oakland University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and History at the same institution from 1994 to 1996.
