Nicole manages a team that includes HR Specialists, HR Coordinators, and Junior and Contract Recruiters and develops sustainable hiring plans and strategies.

Nicole partners closely with COE leadership teams to forecast talent needs and improve employee retention efforts. She conducts weekly and bi-weekly meetings with internal stakeholders to address client relationships, staffing needs, and employee relations concerns. Her role involves leading and supervising HR operations to ensure that the company's talent acquisition goals are met efficiently and effectively.
