Queen Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Calabar, which she completed from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, she earned a National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology with distinction from Heritage Polytechnic. Additionally, she studied Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, achieving an OND from 2012 to 2014, and obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Pacific Computer and Management Institute in 2012.

Queen Sam has a diverse background in science and technology. She completed a year of internship in Science Laboratory Technology and worked as a student intern at Niger Mills Company Limited in 2019. Her experience spans various aspects of laboratory science and technology, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the field.

Queen Sam has produced over a hundred episodes of media content that attracted thousands of viewers from Sub-Saharan Africa. She is also actively involved in mentoring university undergraduates and volunteers for several organizations, including Project Revamp Africa and the Impact Leaders Club, where she focuses on tutoring teenagers and organizing leadership conferences.
