Ehab Mlybari holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, which he completed between 1999 and 2004. He furthered his education at the University of Leeds, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in International Construction Management and Engineering in 2007. He also earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Construction Engineering and Contracts and Projects Management, focusing on value and risk management, from the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2012.

Ehab Mlybari has held multiple positions at Umm Al-Qura University since 2012. He has served as Vice Dean of the College of Engineering for both Academic Affairs and Educational Affairs and Academic Development. He has also worked as Associate Vice President for Educational Affairs and as a Consultant for the Institute of Research and Consulting Studies. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor and Director of Initiatives Management & Vision Realization Office, contributing to the university's strategic goals.
Previous Roles in Research and Project Management
Prior to his current roles, Ehab Mlybari worked as Deputy Director for Projects at the Transportation and Crowd Management Center of Research Excellence (TCMCORE) from 2013 to 2014. He has also been involved in consultancy through his position as Chairman of the Consultancy Office 'Mastering of Excellence for Engineering and Development' at Umm Al-Qura University since 2012.
