He worked as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical from 2015 to 2020, where he was responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance operations. In 2020, he transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager, a position he has maintained for the past four years. His responsibilities include ensuring effective service delivery and managing operational processes within the organization.
