Education and Expertise
Engole Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Kyambogo University, which he completed from 2016 to 2019. He also obtained a Higher Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, he has a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology, achieved from 2009 to 2011. Background
Engole Martin's academic journey began at Makerere University, where he studied CNNA and Linux Systems Administration, earning a certificate in 2010. He then pursued further studies at Kyambogo University, where he completed a Higher Diploma before obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He also attended the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology, where he focused on Telecommunications Engineering.
Previous Work Experience
Before joining American Tower, Engole Martin worked at Galooli Ltd. as a Lead Technician from 2014 to 2016 and later as a Technical Support Engineer from 2016 to 2019. His responsibilities included providing technical support and overseeing operations related to telecommunications systems. He also briefly worked as an Engineer at Umeme Ltd. in 2020, where he contributed to engineering projects in Kampala, Uganda.
