He served as a Senior IT Business Analyst and Service Manager for four years, followed by a three-year tenure as Team Lead for Business Analysis and Project Management. During this time, he led the implementation of an organization-wide banking platform that eliminated the core banking application license structure for tellers, resulting in significant cost savings of over $2 million.
