About Lesly Goh

Lesly brings an extensive international experience, advising policy makers and central banks on the regulatory impact from emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things, 5G, Cloud and Edge Computing. From her multi-disciplinary background, she brings fresh perspective to solving Sustainable Development challenges, building the bridge with public and private sectors. She applied design thinking and agile approach to test out novel ideas with the objective of scaling out digital adoption at the intersection of technology and policy framework. Prior to the public sector role, Lesly built a solid technology career in private sector such as Microsoft, Deloitte and startups. She is a certified Data Architect and worked on many high-profile Data and AI initiatives in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences and Digital Government, including Smart Cities designed for resilience. She specializes in Advanced Analytics such as Business Intelligence/Analytics, Data Mining, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Pattern Matching, Forecasting model, and Semantic Analysis. She brings a balance of technology and business strategy from the Management Consulting background at Deloitte. As a member of WEF Global Future Council on Data Policy, she examines data architecture models that promulgate an appropriate balance of creativity, responsible use and efficiency.
