I am eager to help companies define strategies and solutions for engineering project delivery in order to provide the best value to their company! My greatest strength is using my creative and technical capabilities to help companies truly transform the way they deliver engineering projects. As Senior Manager of Engineering Projects and as the Global Lead for Validation, my focus has been on defining strategies and solutions to help engineering project delivery become more efficient and effective. To accomplish this, I am collaborating with cross functional engineering teams to define project requirements and identify the data used for project delivery. These efforts are currently inflight, and the vision is to integrate the data from the cross functional groups for more efficient and effective project delivery. The data gathered and integrated will help engineering projects to better define the scope of work, provide benchmarks for robust budget estimation, establish resourcing strategies, and deliver project on time and on budget. Successes will include using data analytics to create a better engineering project delivery process, provide consistency in the structure of engineering project delivery from site to site, and better estimations for budgets and tracking of activities during projects. I am committed to providing simple and efficient transformative processes for implementing strategies to help engineering project deliver the best value to the company! PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: • Implemented a global risk-based C&Q program to help standardize engineering and validation activities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. • Established a global Community of Practice to help effectively and efficiently share knowledge and best practices across the network. • Successfully managed projects and teams in large capital projects resulting in meeting all milestones and budgets. • Collaborated on regulatory submissions for several drug products resulting in successful commercial licensing Competencies: leadership, communication, engineering system design, facilities, equipment, and computer validation (PCS, MES, BMS, PLC), project management, change control management, global quality and compliance, regulatory submission writing, EU and US-FDA regulatory inspection support, data integrity .
