Prior to her current position, Sydney Artt held several roles in people operations. She worked at Sumo Logic as Talent | People Operations from 2019 to 2020. She also served as Head of People at Maxwell from 2021 to 2022 and as Head of Talent Acquisition at Maxwell from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, she was involved with Eco as People Programs & Culture from 2022 to 2023 and at Blend as Talent & People Operations from 2018 to 2019.

Sydney Artt studied at Florida State University, where she earned a degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from 2005 to 2009. Background in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Before her roles in people operations, Sydney Artt gained experience in recruitment. She worked as an Enterprise Sales Recruiter & People Operations Lead at Betts Recruiting from 2016 to 2017 and as a Senior Recruiter at Adecco Staffing, USA from 2013 to 2015. These positions provided her with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
