Previous Experience in Sales Operations
Before joining Anaplan, Jay Zhu worked at WalkMe™ as the Head of Revenue Operations for the APJ region from 2021 to 2023. He also held the position of Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at ServiceNow from 2017 to 2021. His experience includes leading sales operations teams and developing strategies to optimize revenue growth.
Educational Background
Jay Zhu earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where he studied from 2004 to 2008. He later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the National University of Singapore from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution from 2016 to 2018.
