Her experience includes serving as a Care Coordinator and Project Manager for the Pediatric Complex Care Integration Pilot at Duke University Health System from 2020 to 2022.
Education and Expertise
Jodi Wert has a diverse educational background. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language & Literature and Studio Art from Austin College from 1994 to 1998. She furthered her studies with a Master’s Degree in Spanish Linguistics & Latin American Literatures from the University of Arizona from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, she achieved Early Childhood Education Certification from Rio Salado College between 2012 and 2014. Jodi also participated in a Fulbright Student Scholar program at Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 1999 and studied at Universidad de Guanajuato during a Study Abroad Program from 1996 to 1997.

Jodi employs the BDJ framework, developed by Aida Mariam Davis of Decolonize Design, to promote dignity and justice in her work. She also utilizes microlearning techniques to facilitate continuous learning and development within organizations.
