Tammy Czarnecki is an Executive Health Care Advisor with over 30 years of experience working for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). She started her career as a bedside nurse in the Pittsburgh Medical Center. Most recently, she served as Deputy Assistant Under Secretary for Health Care Operations until her retirement in 2023. In this role, she provided critical operational advice to the AUSH for Operations, guiding the day-to-day activities of extensive VA networks and services.
