Throughout his career, Cj has designed and implemented global recruitment programs for Electrolux in Sweden and has led recruitment programs for Tata Consultancy Services in India. He has also implemented recruitment strategies for Tunisiana in Tunisia, and developed recruitment initiatives for HSBC and Harel Mallac in Mauritius. Moreover, he contributed to the Innovation Task Force at Amazon in North America, showcasing his expertise in technical recruitment.

Vice President Roles and AIESEC Involvement

Cj has extensive experience in leadership roles, having served as Vice President across AIESEC chapters in Cambodia, Mauritius, and Tunisia. His tenure includes a period as Vice President in Cambodia/Mauritius from 2011 to 2012 for 8 months and in Tunisia in 2011 for 5 months.
